EMD International A/S and EMDFonden present record breaking results for 2023

At the end of April, the leading Danish technology company, EMD International A/S, which develops software and consulting services for the renewable energy industry, reported the best financial results in the company’s history.
EMD experienced approximately 20 % growth in both revenue and profit in 2023. This is the 6th year in a row they are experiencing growth and expect continued growth with new records in 2024.
As in previous years, 2023 included several new employees and CEO Christian Ingerslev Sørensen emphasizes the importance of being able to attract the right people.
“The ability to attract talented employees is crucial to our future success. And then making sure they are happy to be part of the journey together with us.”
The positive trends from 2023 continue into the first quarter of 2024, which is already showing significant growth and setting a new quarterly record.
“There is an overwhelming interest in our software and expertise. We have many loyal customers, and we continuously attract new ones from different industries.
We do not take this for granted and continuously work to develop our software so that it satisfies loyal existing users and can attract new users,” says Christian Ingerslev Sørensen, CEO at EMD.
EMDFonden, which owns EMD, has also experienced a growth during 2023. EMDFonden is a commercial foundation that aims to disseminate and develop knowledge and technology which can reduce the use of resources and environmental impact.
