EMD selected for key wind assessments
Denmark commits to 9 GW of offshore wind by 2030: EMD selected for key wind assessments
To accelerate offshore wind production, Denmark has committed to tendering at least 9 GW of offshore wind capacity for construction by 2030. To meet this goal, the Danish Energy Agency has started the relevant investigations for the selected areas.
We are proud to support Denmark’s ambitious offshore wind goals. We have successfully completed the task for which we were selected by Energinet, delivering:
2 wind assessments (Hesselø South, Kattegat)
The reports include detailed analysis of the site conditions, and build on years of experience with Site Conditions Assessment documents in Danish waters:
– North Sea Energy Island
– Baltic Sea Energy Island
– Hesselø
– Nordre Flint
– Aflandshage
